Explain how PTC memberships work and a new Promo is launched.

Details of Promo:

Deposit: $2 - $20 and get Free Bonus 10% in PB +1 RR for each $ deposited

Deposit: $21 - $50 and get Free Bonus 15% in PB +1 RR for each $ deposited

Deposit: $51 - $100 and get Free Bonus 20% in PB +2 RR for each $ deposited
